Unmatta Bhairava - The Tale

The word “Unmatta” symbolises the highest order. Unmatta Bhairava always remains in Nirvikalpa Samadhi. He rides a horse and a ferocious deity during war. His prowess in wars is beyond description. His consort is Varahi Matrika. Worshiping Unmatta Bhairava is necessary to attain the grace of his consort, Goddess Varahi. One who worships kubera should worship Unmatta Bhairava primarily.

The all peaceful, three eyed, Unmatta Bhairava holds sword, pestle, Dalu, Skull in his hands. He is a Digambara appears without clothes or cladded with all directions as his garments.
