Influenced by Malevolent Spirits ? - Sadhana

For those who suspect the influence of malevolent spirits, a protective ritual is prescribed: taking vibhuti in the left hand, reciting the digbandhana mantra, placing the right hand over the left, applying the vibhuti to the forehead, and consuming the remainder. This ritual can be performed in the morning, evening, or night, at least twice a day, serving as a safeguard against negative influences.
