He control the diseases and viruses of 6 seasons with six heads Shanmukha is also called as “Karthikeya”, “Kumara Swamy”, “Subramanya Swamy”. These 4 names are represents his four qualities and originally he is called as “Saravana Bhava”.

Tuesday is the best day to practice Shanmukha mantra sadhana
Avoid sex, meat, alcohol. Practitioner should avoid cutting any food or other materials on Tuesday. He/she should take materials directly without cutting
Turn towards east after taking fresh bath and chant mantra for 27 or 108 times
Note: Shanmukha has two wives. Elder wife is the daughter of Lord Vishnu and another wife is daughter of Snake King. So, Shanmukha is also pray in the form of snake. If the practitioner cut any material on Tuesday, then it is equal to killing snake and considers it as a sin. So, practitioner should remember this restriction.
