Arpana Apsara Sadhana:

The nymph is the most beautiful, charming, direct idol of love living in heaven. Whose name comes to mind as soon as the tongue of a very beautiful girl. Every person is ready to meet that nymph of heaven.

Now the question arises, does the nymph want to meet us? The answer is yes! She wants to come to us herself, she wants someone to prove her. We just need to remember the art of getting it. It is imperative to remember the art of summoning him. No gods, goddesses, ghosts, jinn, fairies, etc. ever come forward without being invited because they are bound by rules.

Apsara Sadhana is a very simple sadhana that any qualified seeker can do. After Guru Diksha and chanting of Guru Mantra, this sadhana can be easily performed and benefits can be taken. It is a tested practice , there is no harm in it.

This sadhana can be performed on any Pushya nakshatra or you can perform it after 10:00 pm on the first day of any month.

Sadhana materials: white cloth, 2 rose flowers, rose perfume, rose water, pure ghee or jasmine oil, lamp, saffron, offering apsara garland, white or woolen seat, white dhoti, apsara yantra and picture.

Decorate the room of sadhana well and sprinkle rose perfume on it. Wear white dhoti and sit on a white or woolen seat facing north or east. Then spread a white cloth on a bajot in front and spread rose petals on it, then place the offering Apsara picture and yantra on it. Now take round betel nut or Ganesh idol and install it, install Guru Chitra. Now light the lamp and perform Panchopachar pooja with saffron.

First of all, sanctification-

ॐ अपवित्रः पवित्रो वा सर्वा गतोअपी वा
य: स्मरेत पुण्डरीकाक्षं स बाह्याभ्यांतर: शुचि: |
इसके बाद पंचपात्र से जल लेकर निम्न मंत्र बोलते हुए जल पिए :
ॐ अमृतोपस्तरणमसि स्वाहा |
ॐ अमृतापिधानीमसि स्वाहा |
ॐ सत्यं यश: श्रीर्मयि श्री:श्रयतां स्वाहा |
अब निम्न मंत्र बोलकर हाथ धो ले : ॐ नारायणाय नमः।
अब निम्न मंत्र को बोलते चित्र में अंग स्पर्श कर हाथ लगाए :
अं नारिकेल रूपायै नमः – शिरसि
आं वासुकी रूपायै नमः – केशाय
इं सागर रूपायै नमः -नेत्रयो
ईं मत्यस्य रूपायै नमः – भ्रमरे
उं मधुराये नमः – कपोले
ऊं गुलपुष्पायै नमः -मुखे
एं गह्वरायै नमः – चिबके
ऐ पाद्मपत्रायै नमः -अधारोष्ठे
ओं दाड़िमबीजायै नमः – दन्तपंक्तौ
औं हांसिन्यैनमः – ग्रिवायै
अं पुष्प वल्ल्यै नमः -भुजायोः
अः सूर्यचन्द्रमाय नमः – कुचे
कं सागरप्रगल्भायै नमः – वक्षै
खं पीपरपत्रकायै नमः – उदरों
गं वासुकीझील्यै नमः -नाभौ
घं गजसुण्डायै नमः – जंघायै
चं सौन्दर्य रूपायै नमः – पाद्यौ
छं हरिणमोहिन्यै नमः – चरणे
जं आकाशाय नमः – नितम्भयो
झं जगतमोहिन्यै नमः – रुपै
टं कामप्रियायै नमः – सर्वांगे
अब अप्सरा के भावो की कल्पना करना है
ठं देवमोहिन्यै नमः – गत्यमों
डं विश्वमोहिन्यै नमः – चितवने
ढं अदोष रूपायै नमः – दृष्ट्यै
तं अष्ठगंधायै नमः – सुगंधेषु
थं देवदुर्लभायै नमः – प्रणयं
दं सर्वमोहिन्यै नमः -हस्यै
धं सर्वमंगलायै नमः – कोमलाग्यै
नं धनप्रदायै नमः – लक्ष्म्यै
पं देहसुखप्रदायै नमः – रत्यै
फं कामक्रीडायै नमः – मधुरे
बं सुखप्रदायै नमः – हेमवत्यै
भं आलिंगनायै नमः – रूपायै
मं रात्रोसमाप्त्यै नमः – गौर्यै
यं भोगप्रदायै नमः – भोग्ये
रं रतिक्रियायै नमः – अप्सरायै
लं प्रणयप्रियायै नमः – दिव्यांगनायै
वं मनोवांछितप्रदायै नमः -अप्सरायै
शं सर्वसुखप्रदायै नमः – योगरूपायै
षं कामक्रिड़ायेनमः – देव्यै
सं जलक्रीड़ाये नमः – कोमलाांगिन्यै
हं स्वर्गप्रदायै नमः – अर्पणा अप्सरायै
अब एक गुलाब का फूल और रुई में गुलाब का इत्र लेकर चित्र के पास रख दें , उसके बाद स्वयं इत्र लगाए। एक इलाइची चबा कर खा ले। अब विनियोग करना है एक पात्र में जल लेकर गंगाजल और गुलाबजल मिला लें:
ॐ अस्य श्री अर्पणा अप्सरा मन्त्रस्य कामदेव ऋषि पंक्ति छंद काम क्रिडेश्वरी देवता सं सौंदर्य बीजं कं कामशक्ति अं कीलकं श्री अर्पणाप्सरा सिद्धर्यर्थ रति सुख प्रदाय प्रिया रूपेण सिद्धनार्थ मंत्र जपे विनयोगः
ॐ अद्वितीयसौन्दर्य नमः शिरषि
ॐ कामक्रीड़ासिद्धायै नमः मुखे
ॐ आलिंगनसुखप्रदायै ह्रिदय
ॐ देहसुखप्रदायै नमः गुह्यो
ॐ आजन्मप्रियायै नमः पद्यो
ॐ मनोवांछितकार्यसिद्धायै नमः कारसंपुटे
ॐ दरिद्रनाशय विनियोगायै नमः सर्वांगे
ॐ सुभगायै अंगुष्ठाभ्यां नमः
ॐ सौंदर्यायै तर्जनीभ्यां नमः
ॐ रतिसुखप्रदाय मध्यमाभ्यां नमः
ॐ देहसुखप्रदाय अनामिकाभ्यां नमः
ॐ भोगप्रदाय कनिष्ठाभ्यां नमः
ॐ आजन्मप्रणयप्रदायै करतलपृष्ठाभ्यां नमः
ध्यान-
हेमप्रकारमध्ये सुरविटपटले रत्नपीठाधीरूढ़ायक्षीं बालां स्मरामः परिमल कुसुमोध्दा सिधम्मिल्लभाराम पीनोत्तुंग स्तननाड्य कुवलयनयनां रत्नकांचीकराभ्यां भ्रामध्दक्तोत्पलाभ्यां नवरविवसनां रक्तभूषांगरागाम।
अब शिखा पर हाथ रखकर मस्तिष्क में स्तिथ चिदरूपिणी महामाया दिव्य तेजस शक्ति का ध्यान करें जिससे साधना में प्रवृत्त होने हेतु आवश्यक उर्जा प्राप्त हों सके—
चिदरूपिणि महामाये दिव्यतेज: समन्वितः |
तिष्ठ देवि ! शिखामध्ये तेजोवृद्धिं कुरुष्व मे | |
अब अपने आसन का पूजन करें जल, कुंकुम, अक्षत से—
ॐ ह्रीं क्लीं आधारशक्तयै कमलासनाय नमः |
ॐ पृथ्वी ! त्वया धृतालोका देवि ! त्वं विष्णुना धृता
त्वं च धारय माँ देवि ! पवित्रं कुरु चासनम |
ॐ आधारशक्तये नमः, ॐ कूर्मासनाय नमः, ॐ अनंतासनाय नमः |
अब दिग्बन्ध करें यानि दसों दिशाओं का बंधन करना है,जिससे कि आपका मन्त्र सही देव तक पहुँच सके, अतः इसके लिए चावल या जल अपने चारों ओर छिडकना है और बांई एड़ी से भूमि पर तीन बार आघात करना है ….
अब भूमि शुद्धि करना है जिसमें अपना दायाँ हाथ भूमि पर रखकर मन्त्र बोलना है—
ॐ भूरसि भूमिरस्यदितिरसि विश्वधाया विश्वस्य भुवनस्यधर्त्रीं |
पृथ्वी यच्छ पृथ्वीं दृ (गुं) ह पृथ्वीं मा ही (गूं) सी:
अब ललाट पर चन्दन, कुंकुम या भस्म का तिलक धारण करे….
कान्तिं लक्ष्मीं धृतिं सौख्यं सौभाग्यमतुलमं मम
ददातु चन्दनं नित्यं सततं धारयाम्याहम ||
संकल्प :
मैं ……..अमुक……… गोत्र मे जन्मा,………………. यहाँ आपके पिता का नाम………. ……… का पुत्र………………………..यहाँ आपका नाम…………………, निवासी…………………..आपका पता………………………. आज सभी देवी-देव्ताओं को साक्षी मानते हुए गणपति ,गुरु जी की पूजा ,अर्पणा देवी की पुजा प्रेमिका /पत्नी / बहन / पत्नी के रूप प्रत्यक्ष करने की मनोकामना से साधना कर रहा हूँ , स्वीकार करना और साधना में सफलता दिलाना।।।।
जल पृथ्वी पर छोड़ दें…..
तत्पश्चात गुरुपूजन करें:- {{ गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णु गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरा गुरु ही साक्षात् परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरुवे नमः}}
अब आवाहन करें…..
ॐ स्वरुपनिरूपण हेतवे श्री गुरवे नमः,
ॐ स्वच्छप्रकाश-विमर्श-हेतवे श्रीपरमगुरवे नमः |
ॐ स्वात्माराम् पञ्जरविलीन तेजसे पार्मेष्ठी गुरुवे नमः |
अब गुरुदेव का पंचोपचार पूजन संपन्न करें—-
अब गणेश पूजन करें —
हाथ में जल अक्षत कुंकुम फूल लेकर
(गणेश विग्रह या जो भी है गनेश के प्रतीक रूप में) सामने प्रार्थना करें —
ॐ गणानां त्वां गणपति (गूं) हवामहे
प्रियाणां त्वां प्रियपति (गूं) हवामहे
निधिनाम त्वां निधिपति (गूं) हवामहे वसो मम |
आहमजानि गर्भधमा त्वामजासी गर्भधम |
ॐ गं गणपतये नमः ध्यानं समर्पयामी |
आवाहन—
हे हेरम्ब! त्वमेह्येही अम्बिकात्रियम्बकत्मज |
सिद्धि बुद्धिपते त्र्यक्ष लक्ष्यलाभपितु: पितु:
ॐ गं गणपतये नमः आवाहयामि स्थापयामि नमः पूजयामि नमः |
गणपतिजी के विग्रह के अभाव में एक गोल सुपारी में कलावा लपेटकर पात्र मे रखकर उनका पूजन भी कर सकते हैं…..
अब क्षमा प्रार्थना करें—
( विनायक वरं देहि महात्मन मोदकप्रिय |निर्विघ्न कुरु मे देव सर्व कार्येशु सर्वदा ||)
विशेषअर्ध्य—
एक पात्र में जल चन्दन, अक्षत कुंकुम दूर्वा आदि लेकर अर्ध्य समर्पित करें,
निर्विघ्नंमस्तु निर्विघ्नंस्तू निर्विघ्नंमस्तु | ॐ तत् सद् ब्रह्मार्पणमस्तु |
अनेन कृतेन पूजनेन सिद्धिबुद्धिसहित: श्री गणाधिपति: प्रियान्तां ||
अब माँ का पूजन करें—
माँ आदि शक्ति के भी अनेक ध्यान हैं जो प्रचलित हैं….
किन्तु आप ऐसे करें…
सर्व मंगल मांगल्ये शिवे सर्वार्थ साधिके |
शरण्ये त्रयाम्बिके गौरी नारायणी नमोस्तुते ||
अब भैरव पूजन करें—
ॐ यो भूतानामधिपतिर्यास्मिन लोका अधिश्रिता: |
यऽईशे महाते महांस्तेन गृह्णामी त्वामहम ||
ॐ तीक्ष्णदंष्ट्र महाकाय कल्पांतदहनोपम् |
भैरवाय नमस्तुभ्यंनुज्ञां दातुर्महसि ||
ॐ भं भैरवाय नमः |
इसके बाद अर्पणामाल्य से 11 माला निम्न मंत्र की जप करे :- !! ॐ ल्रं ठं ह्रां सः सः !!
गुरु कथन :

ॐ Whether unclean or clean, or all gone

He who remembers the lotus-eyed Lord is purified both externally and internally

Then take water from the panchpatr and drink it while reciting the following mantra:

ॐ Amritopastaranamasi Svaha |

ॐ Amritapidhanimasi Svaha |

ॐ Truth, Fame, Prosperity and Prosperity rest in me

Now wash your hands by chanting the following mantra: Om Narayanaya Namah.

Meditation-

Now place your hands on the crest and meditate on the Chidarupini Mahamaya Divya Tejas Shakti situated in the brain so that you can get the necessary energy to engage in the sadhana—

He is endowed with divine effulgence in the great illusion in the form of consciousness

Stay, Goddess! Increase my splendor in the middle of my crest |

Now worship your seat with water, saffron, akshat—
