You can try this during the course of Navratri or start this every Sunday night time. In the evening, take a bath, put on a pink dress and guru chadar and sit on a crimson woolen aasan facing South. Place a wooden plate in front of you ,wheel with pink cloth.Then area Tara yantra on it. Wash the yantra with water. Then wash the Tara vatsanabha with water, wipe with a material and area it close to the yantra. Offer akshath on the Yantra. Then make seven mounds of Ashtagandha in front of you ,and on the fourth mound nearby an oil lamp .Place Agarbathi in your right side. This is a six-day sadhana to be performed only at night. With black light mala chant 101 mala of the following mantra " AYEIM AUM HREEM STREEM HUM PHAT "
